Consulting Concept: Comprehensive Reform Approach
CDI review strategy and business system concurrently, and, subsequently, reform them all together. In order to guide the process of corporate reform, it is necessary to present a comprehensive plan that includes both the direction (what) and method (how) of a reform, as well as the reason (why) for it. Strategy is intertwined with business systems (organization, operation, HRM, and Information System) and, therefore, the two should be harmonized.
